These Terms apply to sales between Solambra and consumers purchasing products through www.solambra.com.
By completing a purchase, you agree to the Terms applicable at the time your order is placed.
For Australian customers, these Terms operate alongside the mandatory consumer protections provided by the Australian Consumer Law.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, ingredients, specifications and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, slight variations in colour, texture, appearance or packaging may occur, including as a result of screen settings, photography, manufacturing variations or packaging updates.
Product images are provided for illustrative purposes.
Nothing in this section limits your rights if a product does not correspond with its description or otherwise fails to comply with a consumer guarantee under applicable Australian law.
Where applicable, ingredient information is provided on the relevant product page and/or product packaging.
Customers should review the product information, ingredients, directions and warnings before use.
By placing an order through www.solambra.com, you agree to the price, product description and these Terms.
The ordering process generally includes:
Selecting your products
Reviewing your shopping cart
Providing your customer and delivery information
Selecting your delivery method
Selecting your payment method
Reviewing your order
Confirming your purchase
Your order is submitted when you complete the checkout process and confirm payment.
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation using the contact information provided during checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where we have a legitimate reason to do so, including:
A product being unavailable
An obvious pricing or listing error
Suspected fraud or unauthorised payment
An unresolved payment issue
An order that cannot reasonably be fulfilled
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide an appropriate refund.
Prices displayed for Australian customers may be shown in Australian dollars (AUD).
The final price payable, including any applicable taxes and shipping charges, will be displayed during checkout before you confirm your purchase.
Any applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed before the order is completed.
For international transactions, taxes, duties, customs charges or other import-related charges may apply depending on the destination, fulfilment method and applicable law.
Where such charges are not collected by us at checkout, they may be payable separately by the customer or handled by the relevant carrier or authority.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. However, the price applicable to your order will be the price displayed and accepted when you place that order, subject to obvious pricing errors.
Payment is processed securely using the payment methods available at checkout, which may include credit or debit cards, PayPal and other payment methods supported by our payment providers.
Payments may be processed through Shopify Payments and/or other payment service providers made available at checkout.
Payment is generally charged when your order is confirmed.
We do not directly store complete payment card details on our own servers.
If payment cannot be authorised or completed, your order may be cancelled.
Orders are generally prepared within 24 to 72 business hours, unless otherwise stated on the website or during checkout.
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination, shipping method and carrier.
Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, strikes or other major disruptions.
Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, nothing in these Terms limits our obligations regarding delivery or products that are lost, damaged or otherwise fail to comply with applicable consumer guarantees.
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@solambra.com so that we can investigate the shipment.
Where required by applicable consumer law, you may be entitled to cancel the order and receive a refund if we are unable to supply the goods within the required or agreed timeframe.
We will not be responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control to the extent permitted by law.
Where such an event affects your order, we will make reasonable efforts to minimise the impact and provide relevant information where possible.
Nothing in this section excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
In addition to your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law, Solambra provides a 30-calendar-day change-of-mind return policy, calculated from the date you receive your order.
Products returned under this commercial policy must comply with the conditions set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, available through our website footer.
For health, hygiene and safety reasons, opened or unsealed cosmetic, skincare, beauty or hygiene products are generally not eligible for a change-of-mind return.
This includes products where protective wrapping, blister packaging or a safety/hygiene seal has been opened or removed.
This exclusion applies only to change-of-mind returns.
It does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if a product is faulty, unsafe, defective, incorrectly described or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee.
Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for complete information regarding eligibility, procedures and refunds.
For customers in Australia, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Among other requirements, goods must generally:
Be of acceptable quality
Be fit for any disclosed purpose
Match their description
Match any sample or demonstration model where applicable
Satisfy applicable representations made about them
If a product fails to comply with a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian law.
Depending on whether the failure is major or minor and the circumstances of the claim, remedies may include a repair, replacement, refund, compensation or another remedy required by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits these statutory rights.

Please include your order number and a description of the problem. Photographs of the product and packaging may help us assess and resolve your request more quickly.
Because Solambra is established in Spain, certain additional mandatory rights under Spanish or European law may apply in some circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove any mandatory consumer protection that applies to your purchase.
To the extent permitted by law, consumer guarantees and our commercial policies do not cover problems caused solely by:
Normal wear and tear
Misuse of the product
Failure to follow product instructions or warnings
Improper storage or handling
Damage caused by the customer after delivery
These exclusions do not apply where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information presented on our website is accurate and that our Services operate correctly.
To the extent permitted by law, Solambra will not be responsible for losses arising solely from:
Minor typographical errors or unintentional omissions that are corrected within a reasonable period
Temporary website unavailability due to maintenance or circumstances outside our reasonable control
Misuse of our products contrary to the instructions and warnings provided
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any liability, consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
Any limitation of liability stated in these Terms applies only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Cosmetic and skincare products must be used according to the directions, precautions and warnings provided on the product, packaging or website.

Solambra is a business established in Spain, and these Terms are generally governed by applicable Spanish law.
However, if you are a consumer located in Australia, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any mandatory rights or protections available to you under Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law, where it applies.
