Apply it about twenty minutes before you go outside, on dry skin, and let it settle. Cover everything that will be exposed, including the tops of the feet, the ears and the back of the neck. Reapply every two hours, and straight after swimming, towelling or heavy sweating.
About a teaspoon per limb, one for the front of the body, one for the back, one for the face and neck. Seven in total for an adult.
